Super Bowl Party

Green and gold cupcake liners for the Green Bay Packers. Go cheeseheads!

I'm not really a football fan at all, except for my alma mater. But I do love to have people over for food and fun!

I had seen this on Ohdeedoh a while back and thought it was a practical way to explain a buffet style dinner. In this case, we had a nacho bar. Cover and label your table with brown paper tablecloth!

It's simple, inexpensive and festive. Cover your table with brown paper (in this case, I used postal paper, you could also recycle paper sacks) and then you can write directly on it! No need for food labels or explanations. You can even write the instructions on the paper, like "Cook in the microwave" with an arrow pointing in the direction of the microwave. You can see a corner of it on the bottom photo. Even kids can figure it out!

The kids table.

Pinwheel Spring Party

Last spring my sisters and I hosted a little family gathering. We threw together this spring inspired party complete with tissue paper poms and felt pinwheels. And of course, delicious food and even better company!

Here are some photos for your inspiration!
